HALO

HALO is an acronym for Helping And Loving Others. The mission of this committee is to keep in touch with members of our congregation who are not able to attend church on a regular basis because of health issues, etc. The committee sends cards and arranges baskets of cookies, fruit, flowers, or candy about six times a year.

Puppets

Highlands Puppet Ministry presents puppet shows to children of all ages. Our puppet shows challenge, encourage, inspire and proclaim the message of Jesus Christ. We have monthly puppet shows at the church.

Music

Highlands welcomes you to express your love for God through our many music ministries. There is a place for you to “Sing to the Lord, and praise his name!” Consider becoming a part of the Praise Worship Team, the Highlands Choir, or the Highlands Bell Choir. All are welcome to “make a joyful noise unto the Lord.”

Believers are given particular gifts by God and are empowered by the Holy Spirit to use those gifts to accomplish His purpose through good works which God prepared in advance for them to do. As believers use their gifts they demonstrate the love of Christ to each other and to the world.
